Just a note to say that the hammock (king size nylon) was delivered and it is amazing. It is just what I expected and the colours are great. Even though it is for my girlfriend for Xmas I had to try it out just to see how it works. I was very pleased with the results.

Thank you for dropping off the Mexican Hammock, it went down a treat for Mothers Day - very relaxing. We did as you suggested and reversed the 'hooks' to take the hammock over the ends of the hammock stand.
If you are not careful you will give the service industry a bad name. The way Hammocks Australia has dealt with the supply of product and the earlier issues we had with the stand has given me renewed hoped for the simple things such as Custormer Relationship Management.

Just received my queen hammock from the courier and wanted to say thanks for the awesome customer service. Within 2 hours of placing the order I had contact from you confirming the order and issuing me with my tracking number. Less than 30 hours later the it arrived at my door.
The hammock is high quality as promised and very comfortable due to the tight weaving. The instructions provided are very useful.
