Delivery is free Australia wide* on orders over our minimum order spend of $79.
*The only exception to this is on rare occasions, such as for bulky/heavy items to very remote/rural locations, where delivery is financially prohibitive we reserve the right to withdraw free delivery and we will be in touch to discuss options if this is the case.
We rush for a quick turnaround on all orders, with most orders going out within 24 hours and delivered within 2-4 working days, dependent on your address. Tracking details emails are sent out with every order once ready for dispatch to allow you to track progress and contact the applicable courier if required.

Other; Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Townsville,
Remote; TAS, NT, WA, Regional/Country Areas. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
Due to package size and weight there is an additional delivery cost to remote areas. If you live in a remote area please contact us for a delivery quote. As a guide some areas with a population below 200,000 may incur an additional delivery cost.

Increased workloads and unexpected events over certain periods can lead to delays in delivery timeframes and any quotations of delivery times by Mexican Hammocks PTY Ltd are made in good faith but are estimates only and Mexican Hammocks PTY Ltd shall not be bound by such quotation. We are unable to provide an exact day/time that you will receive your order as, unfortunately, there are too many potential factors that can affect a delivery timeframe.

We use a combination of carriers including Fastway/Aramex and Couriers Please along with other carriers at our discretion to ensure the fastest and best service is provided. Signatures are generally required on delivery, but may be left unattended at your address if deemed safe to do so. Delivery is not available to PO Box address, please provide a daytime occupied address for delivery.
