Delivery is free on all orders Australia wide. We rush for a quick turnaround, with most orders going out from our Sydney base within 24 hours. Tracking details are emailed out with every order once ready for dispatch. Please note delivery is not available to PO Box address, please provide a physical delivery address.

AustraliaPlenty of hammocks to choose from, great colours. The website mentioned 1 to 2 business day delivery (Sydney Metro) which was extremely attractive to me. I would prefer you to under promise and over deliver. In this case I had to wait 7 days to be delivered. if I new I would pick up the hammock as your warehouse is a 30 minutes drive from my place. Fortunately, we love the hammock.

We do use same day or overnight courier services within Sydney, but obviously, something went wrong with the courier service on this occasion. Our apologies for this and the delay. We were in regular contact with both you and the couriers trying to resolve the delivery delay.
